Welcome to Bammes Research--the official Web site for Benjamin Bammes. This site contains information about me, as well as my current research, personal, and business activities.

I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Structural and Computational Biology and Molecular Biophysics (SCBMB) from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. I have a broad background, with ample research and business experience, and Bachelor of Science degrees in Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Engineering from the University of Kansas.

I believe that research in the next century will be exciting but increasingly interdisciplinary, requiring investigators who can incorporate knowledge from multiple subjects, approach problems from a variety of perspectives, and communicate across a vast array of expertise. My goal is to use the diverse knowledge and paradigms that I have gained from my experience and studies as tools in investigating and solving biomedical problems.
